Review

The objective is to, on the basis of proper legislation, investigate and remedy problematic nutrition and develop ways to enhance legal ambushes of subjects of logistical security of state security during the war period in Ukraine. In accordance with the set goal, a complex of general scientific and special scientific methods of scientific knowledge was used: the dialectical method, analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparativistics, formal-legal, and systemic-structural.

The article is devoted to the systematization of the subjects of ensuring state security during the war period in Ukraine. The authors identified a system of significant subjects, characterized the scope of their importance and based on this concept the way to clarify this issue and formulate the limits of change to the formal legislation of Ukraine.

The article states that the subjects of the sovereign security of Ukraine have a different legal status, but they have a common goal – protection of sovereignty, constitutional order, territorial integrity, sovereign cordons and rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of people and citizens, and under the hour of legal The military regime needs to make management decisions effectively and promptly in interaction with each of the subjects in general.
