Legal and social nature of the legal profession
Review
The article investigates the legal and social nature of the legal profession. The author argues that the legal profession is a specific tool for monitoring compliance with the law in the process of committing justice. Special attention is paid to the need to improve the qualification requirements of individuals who identified the desire to obtain the right to practice law. The article stipulates that the legal profession should be protected from interference and influence on the legal position, which elects a lawyer in the exercise of their professional credentials.
