Review

The article deals with the potential problems of delimitation of the jurisdiction of disputes between local district and world courts in Ukraine. The author analyzed a number of categories of disputes, which should be attributed to the jurisdiction of the world courts. It is proposed to amend the procedural legislation in determining the subordination of the magistrate courts.

Creation of magistrate courts in Ukraine is one of the ideas of the reformation of the modern judicial system of Ukraine. However to understand the efficiency of creation of the magistrate courts in Ukraine, in terms of balancing the court system and unloading the courts of first instance, it's worth figuring out which disputes they should be liable to consider .

The urgency of the research confirmed by the efficiency of the international justice system abroad, searching of new ways to reform the Ukrainian judicial system, as well as improving the quality of justice through the division of jurisdiction between courts of first instance and potential magistrate courts.

The purpose of this article is to determine the theoretical and potential legal framework of the world justice, as well as coverage of proposals on the delimitation of jurisdiction of disputes in connection with the introduction of magistrate courts in Ukraine.
