Based on the study of forensic sources, sources of criminal law and other scientific literature, systematic analysis of materials forensic practice investigation riots issues the definition and nature of forensic characteristic this type of crime were researched, defined the elements that make up its content in the article.

Based on the analysis scientific views on the concept, nature and content of forensic characteristic of crimes believe that criminalistical characteristics of crimes is based on the practice of law enforcement agencies and forensic research system summary information about forensic significant signs of a certain type of crime that is designed to ensure process optimization disclosure, investigation and prevention. Accordingly, under criminalistic characteristic of riots should be understood based on the practice of law enforcement agencies and forensic research system summary information about forensic significant signs of riots, which aims at streamlining the process of detection, investigation and prevention.
